*BSH is a trademark licensee of Robert Bosch GmbH for the Bosch brand and Siemens AG for the Siemens brand.

Successful around the world.

Founded in Germany in 1967 as a joint venture of Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich), BSH has been 100% owned by the Bosch Group since January 2015.

We have grown enormously in our over 55-year history. From our roots as German exporter, we’ve evolved to become one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturers with around 38* factories worldwide. Our product portfolio ranges from large home appliances – such as cooktops, ovens, ventilation hoods, dishwashers, washers, dryers, fridges, and freezers – to small home appliances, such as vacuum cleaners, espresso machines as well as small kitchen appliances.

Our employees are the basis for our success.

We put people at the center of everything we do. That’s why we foster a corporate culture in which all our 60,000 employees around the globe feel valued. We also promote diversity in all its facets.

We actively cultivate an environment in which all our employees can grow and perform at their best– today and tomorrow.

Our key pillars.

We strongly believe in our key pillars. In fact, they lay the foundation for our everyday decisions and actions.

Consumer centricity.

The needs of consumers are at the heart of all our products, from their development on. By putting ourselves in consumers´ shoes, we are able to embrace their personal needs and offer solutions that make life at home easier and more enjoyable.

Sustainability.

At BSH, we pursue a holistic approach to sustainability, considering three key aspects: Environment, Social, and Governance.

We support climate protection, save precious resources, and offer consumers sustainable solutions. We pursue a socially sustainable future that is just, equitable, inclusive, and enables a high-quality life at home.

We aim to strengthen ethical business conduct along the value chain together with our partners.

Digitalization and connectivity.

To better meet consumers’ needs today, we are transforming from a home appliance manufacturer to a company that also offers customizable digital features, services and content. One example of this is Home Connect, a life-enhancing app for smart products across our brands.
