Whether you join us in the framework of vocational training or cooperative university studies, via the trainee program or as a professional: We promote your talents. We use the following measures to encourage you so that your skills are brought to bear optimally and we can ensure positions are filled optimally.

Qualification with practical relevance: The BSH Academy
The BSH Academy spans an international network on the topic of qualification throughout the entire BSH world. Training officers ensure the qualification of our employees in the respective countries and regions around the world.
We offer tailored programs in up to eleven languages for young professionals, specialists, high potentials or managers as well as project managers. We rely here on valuable didactical multimedia learning paths and thus promote our employees' knowledge as a key factor in value creation. In Germany alone in 2012 some 23,000 participants attended classroom trainings while some 51,000 took part in web-based training (WBT). The result: In Spring 2013 we were awarded the title "Company of Excellence" at the 1st German Education Award (Deutscher Bildungspreis). And our training program for managers received the accolade highly recommended in 2012 from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

We primarily fill top technical, project management and executive positions from within our company, which is why it is important to us to offer you optimal development opportunities.
We offer a variety of pools and programs for systematically identifying, supporting and networking employees with high potential and aspiring managers, including:

  • Junior Excellence Program (JEP)
    The JEP is geared specifically toward high-potential employees in all BSH countries, who demonstrate the potential and willingness to take on advanced duties and positions in the international environment.
  • International Executive Program (IEP)
    The IEP is aimed at employees with outstanding performance, leadership or project management experience who have the potential to take on international management positions.
  • Senior Executive Program (SEP)
    The SEP is geared toward members of senior management and prepares them for taking on senior executive positions. For example, this also includes exchanges with managers of other companies, which BSH organizes regularly. We received the HR Excellence Award in 2012 for our innovative development measures in the framework of SEP.
