Rooted in Germany – at home all over the world

From Stockholm to Johannesburg, from Nanjing to New Bern: We are represented worldwide in around 50 countries. Today we generate about 80 percent of our revenue outside of Germany – and that figure is steadily rising. Interdisciplinary cooperation in international teams is therefore a fundamental building block of our diversity strategy. We reinforce the worldwide knowledge exchange between our employees strategically through international support programs as well as a BSH-wide network of competence centers among other measures.

Global challenges
Employees and managers, who get things moving and want to think outside the cultural box, find we offer excellent career perspectives. Not only do those who work for us abroad for a period of several years benefit when it comes to their own personal development, but we also support our expatriates and their families comprehensively during the entire delegation process – from preparatory language training to organizing their move to their successful return.

Accompanying spouses of Expatriates – no matter if they are married – have the chance to be supported from a professional service provider helping them to find a job, define a career continuation program or to organize a social integration depending on the legal frame conditions in the host country and the individual preference.
