Please note that the BSH Social Media Netiquette applies for all BSH Social Media channels.

The BSH Social Media Team welcomes you to join in a positive and engaging conversation and is very interested in your constructive feedback. Nevertheless, BSH Hausgeräte GmbH reserves the right to remove any posts/comments that are:

  • Indecent, obscene, pornographic, threatening, violent, discriminatory (personal, religious or gender related), racist, abusive, derogatory, misleading
  • Violating the rights of others (especially personal, data protection, Trade Marks, copyright and neighboring rights)
  • Unprovable theories or unsubstantiated allegations and suspicions, especially if they are defamatory or damaging to business
  • Comments that have been automatically/machine-generated (esp. bots) or are obviously part of a campaign
  • Actions that adversely affect the proper functioning of the social media channels of BSH, as well as documents that contain harmful viruses or like invites
  • Any contribution in the form of links, text and/or images that are advertisements of third parties
