We offer you the chance to gather valuable experience and start your network of multicultural contacts by pursuing an international internship at BSH. From Sweden to South Africa, from China to the United States, an internship abroad will enrich not only your professional career.

Depending on the country and business area you apply for, a period of three to six months is recommended for an international internship. Our Application Process

How does the recruiting process works?

At BSH, we know that our employees are at the heart of our success – even those who are not yet employed here. Accordingly, finding the ideal person for each team is a key factor for growth in each division across the company.

That is why, in most countries, we use “team staffing” to involve our employees in the search for their next colleague. The staffing team consists of at least a member of the team, HR representative and the hiring manager. Optionally a peer or topic specialist is involved.

Within this flexible staffing process , the staffing team first defines a job profile for the required position. Potential candidates are then screened and interviews are conducted. Information on salary and contract conditions will always be discussed with the HR team exclusively, ensuring data privacy. In the end, the staffing team will make a joint decision on the final hire, based on the fit to the requirement profile.

Using this process not only helps us, to find the ideal person for each team – it also makes the application process more authentic and transparent for candidates , since they get to know their potential colleagues at a very early state of the process. This results in empowered teams, inclusion of different opinions, high-quality job placements and therefore more sustainable hiring decisions .
