Studied Business Administration with a focus on marketing at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg. Degree: Diploma in Business Administration.

Rudolf Klötscher has been Honorary Director of the German-Slovenian Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2011 and Lecturer at the Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences for International Marketing since 2014.
