When it comes to the scope and strategic focus of our innovations, variety is key. We aim to be the driving force and pioneer in the home appliance industry through our products and digital services. Innovations based on sensor technology as well as connectivity solutions, artificial intelligence and excellent designs, come together to meet consumer needs worldwide.
Flex Control® is one of the cornerstones of a unique, holistic kitchen concept from NEFF, which is dedicated to flexibility. With Flex Control®, consumers can control their oven and coffee machine according to their individual preferences: by touch or Twist Pad Flex® rotary knob. The high-resolution surface of the display reacts to the selection in real-time and completely automatically. The ovens even offer space for two Twist Pad Flex®, one on each side. The intuitive magnetic control element can be easily removed from one appliance and docked onto another, combining the control of the induction hob, oven, and coffee machine in an innovative approach to rethinking the kitchen as a space. For ultimate flexibility and control.
Gaggenau makes the cooktop disappear and dissolves the boundaries between cooking and living. The fully integrated induction is distilled to the essentials: Cooking takes place directly on the worktop. A discreet LED dot and the iconic Gaggenau control knob (available in stainless steel or black) are the only visible elements. The Essential Induction cooktop is designed to integrate exclusively with Dekton stone countertops. These ultra-compact, stain- and scratch-resistant surfaces are available in over 60 designs and colors to blend seamlessly into any kitchen design and combine functionality with aesthetics.
This innovative induction solution opens up new possibilities in the kitchen space: a place that not only invites you to cook and prepare but also to serve, eat, work, and socialize.
Whether dark or delicately browned, Siemens’ iQ700 oven range with integrated camera and artificial intelligence can prepare pizza, lasagna and bread rolls the way each consumer likes them. Consumers just select the desired browning level and a scale from one to five and the oven program turns off automatically once it is finished. Furthermore, the oven sends a notification via the Home Connect app to the consumer’s mobile device.
Smart Kitchen Dock is the perfect assistant in the intelligent kitchen: The interaction device enables easy access to several connected services in one hub. Unique features, like the gesture control sensor, allow users to navigate between cooking steps even when their hands are sticky. In combination with the built-in Alexa voice assistant, they can also interact with their appliances, transfer recipe settings to a connected oven, add items to their shopping list or just listen to their favorite music while cooking.
Who would not want to be able to give their dishwasher feedback now and then? Maybe the wash process could go a little faster, or there is still food stuck to a plate in the lower basket. Now consumers can do just that, teaching their Bosch and Siemens dishwashers about their personal preferences. Immediately following the cleaning cycle, they can rate their satisfaction with cleaning, drying, and duration via the Home Connect app. Based on this feedback, the app recommends an optimised programme that matches the consumers’ needs.
Artificial intelligence makes household experiences even more convenient: Bosch’s sensor-supported Series 8 oven with Home Connect and artificial intelligence can predict when baked goods or roasts are done. Using its PerfectBake and PerfectRoast sensors, the smart oven learns each time it bakes and roasts. As a result, it can predict ever more accurately when certain foods are ready to come out.
Cookit from Bosch makes it quick and easy to cook from-scratch food. It offers consumers pre-installed guided recipes with simple step-by-step instructions. Alternatively, they can select from different automatic programs and temperature precision up to 200°C. From gently fermented yogurt and sous-vide cooked salmon to juicy steak, there is something for everyone. For those who like to experiment, Cookit also has a manual cooking mode.
BSH now equips the majority of its home appliances with SystemMaster, a microprocessor platform that allows consumers to use digital services, download apps and programs as well as update appliance software. It works as a kind of mini computer and digital brain inside the appliance, transforming it into a smart platform with a uniform system for running apps and services.
At first glance, the innovative downdraft extractor fan, controlled by the Home Connect app, is a sophisticated slim glass panel that rises up when needed. With Guided Air technology, it creates an air curtain behind the glass, achieving strong suction across all cooking zones and powerfully pulling vapors downwards into the fan. Ambient LED lighting accompanies the cooking process, with colored accents on the glass panel.
Doing laundry with Home Connect is the smartest way to perfectly dried clothes. Thanks to Bosch’s Smart Dry and Siemens’ intelligentDry technology, the washer and dryer are closely interconnected. The washing machine sends the parameters from the last wash, including program, fill level and remaining moisture content, to the dryer. The appliance automatically selects the right drying setting – efficient and convenient. Another highlight: the dryer no longer needs a door filter to capture the lint. The appliance self-rinses both the condenser and lint filter automatically after every drying cycle and directs the lint to a filter compartment at the bottom.
Does the desire for customization stop at the kitchen door? Vario Style fridge-freezers let consumers customize the appliance door to suit their taste. Bosch’s multiple award-winning fridge-freezer comes in 20 colors as well as spectacular photo prints. They transform the home appliance into an eye-catching design object whose look can be easily changed anytime in just a few steps.
Got everything? Now consumers can take a look inside their fridge while shopping. Thanks to built-in cameras in the fridge, they can see at a glance if they are short on anything. Another highlight: the smart storage guide with object recognition gives consumers tips on where to best store produce to keep it fresh longer and reduce food waste. On-screen icons tell them whether a food belongs in or out of the fridge, which shelf to place it on and other useful tips. Users can also access recipe recommendations and nutrition content of fruits and vegetables.
