Michael Rosenbauer is the Chief Operating Officer for Region North America, previously serving as Head of Global Development at BSH Hausgeräte GmbH global headquarters since 2021. He joined the company in 1988.

After starting his career as an engineer in the central technology department, he held various management positions in development and production at different locations, including in the dishwashers and laundry product divisions. He successfully introduced zeolite technology into BSH dishwashers and now focuses on innovation, architecture implementation and complexity reduction.

Michael Rosenbauer holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Aalen University of Applied Sciences and a degree in business administration from the Administration and Business Academy Swabia, Germany.

He is an Adjunct Lecturer for Technology Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany, where he shares his in-depth knowledge of the home appliance industry with students and mentees.
