Cooking and Baking
Evolving the power steam: After bringing steam cooking to home kitchens 20 years ago, Gaggenau has taken the idea a step further. Its latest combi-steam ovens are even larger and offer adjustable automatic programs, accurate temperature control, and an automated cleaning system, to make cooking more enjoyable.
A huge cooking pleasure: The culinary hub for those with many hungry mouths to feed, the 60-inch Pro Grand® Commercial Depth Dual Fuel Steam Range boasts a 24-inch griddle and 27 Easy Cook® food programs. The warming drawer keeps up to ten plates warm for guests.
Dishwashing
A place for everything: The latest PerfectDry dishwashers from Bosch effortlessly remove even dried-on food thanks to the innovative Extra Clean Zone. An additional third rack increases the dishwasher capacity by 25 percent. It’s ideal for small items such as espresso cups or small plastic bowls, which are held securely in place to keep them from flipping over.
Sustainably dry: Since 2008, BSH has used Zeolith silicate in its dishwashers. The natural mineral extracts moisture and releases it as heat. This immensely improves the drying process while drastically reducing electricity consumption.
Flexibility at its best: Balay’s new dishwasher range is easy and flexible to use and load. All items, from light plastic bowls and bottles to oven trays, find the right place to be properly washed and dried.

Customized innovations for China: In 2018, Siemens launched the first dishwashers optimized for the Chinese market. Due to lack of space in small kitchens, many Chinese consumers use the space in the dishwasher for storage. Therefore, a fan with the supply of fresh external air enables a maximum storage time of 96 hours.
Cooling and Freezing
Fresh by design: For the North American market, Bosch designed and developed a completely new French door bottom mount refrigeration line. The sleek appliances excel in function, design and freshness, addressing the three main consumer needs in the region.
Grand Architectural Statement: A fully integrated, built-in modular family of refrigerators, freezers, fridge-freezer combinations, and wine climate cabinets can be partnered in a multitude of ways.
Storing food correctly: Whether vegetables, meat or dairy, different foods should be stored in different places in the refrigerator. The Home Connect app knows where each item goes and can adjust the temperature in the refrigerator accordingly.
Washing and Drying
Eco-friendliness at its best: In 2015, BSH first used the natural refrigerant propane in its heat pump dryers, making these appliances much kinder to the environment. The efficient drying technology reuses warm air to continue drying clothes, reducing energy consumption by over 60 percent compared with conventional condenser dryers.
The complete control concept: This concept washing machine prototype from Bosch offers unbeatable simplicity: all users need to do to start a smart automatic program is press a button. Fast program selection, special laundry care requirements and helpful tips are available via the Home Connect app.
